Cinemagraphs aka Photo Animations
I found this article extremely interesting because it almost looks so simple. The point of these GIFs is to portray a short story. The first thing it reminded me of was Harry Potter newspapers and that is exactly what the article talked about. I'm going to do more research on this just to see what I can do.
